  • The Cellnest roller provides customers with a cost-effective solution for culturing adherent cells. With a choice of 2 or 4 flasks, you can culture adherent cells with a surface area of 21,250 px2 per flask at the same time in one single operation.

  • The Cellnest roller offers a stable and precise system to control the speed of rotation, with stepper motors to ensure smoothness when initiating or decelerating the machine. It is equipped with power failure recovery, pause and time zero functions, and compatible with the majority of CO2 incubators on the market. Because of how easy it is to upgrade, customers can expand the bottle racks according to their requirements at any time.

  • The system supports rolling flasks with a standard internal diameter of between 110-120mm. The current operating speed and working time are displayed on the control panel, which is designed to be easy to operate and install. With the roller bottle observation table, you can directly observe the growth of cells without the need for digestion and observation.

  • Traditional square bottle cell culturing is costly and laborious. It requires many successive generations and is complicated to operate. The requirements of technology of successive generations are high, and cells are prone to deteriorate the longer they are grown, with a high probability of contamination by bacteria, fungi, viruses and mycoplasma.

  • SmithBio's rotary flask machine, on the other hand, can adjust the rotational speed to between 0-4rpm according to the requirements of the user.
